Hi, I’m Sophia—a Registered Dietitian with a background in functional medicine, longevity, and psychology. I help you optimize your mind and body through realistic, science-backed strategies that fit into your daily life.

I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan & Longevity from the University of Southern California and advanced training through the Institute for Functional Medicine. For the past two years, I’ve supported individuals across the health spectrum in improving their mental and physical health in sustainable, meaningful ways.
