I apologize for being candid, I recognize your post was deep in content, but overall to me delivered in a convoluted manner. Consequently, I realized the benifit of seeking the assistance functional medicine healthcare practitioner who frames their expertise/solutions in English.

Hi Jimmy!

Thank you for your feedback—I truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts.

My goal is always to provide resources that are both practical and easy to understand, knowing that many people are starting from a foundational level of knowledge.

This particular blog was intentionally more comprehensive than usual, but I’ll continue breaking these topics down into more concise, digestible pieces in future posts to elaborate on each topic. Your input is valuable as I strive to strike the right balance. Happy holidays!

Super interesting post. I’d really like to go off statin drugs as well. Will definitely take a look at more of your content and the discovery process too. Thank you Ma’am and have a happy and safe New Year. 😊🎄

Perfect timing. I have been advised that I need to go on a statin, and from research including primary care doctor recommend that the side effects outweigh the benefits. I have convinced my cardiologist that I can lower my cholesterol with diet and exercise. I have until mid February to avoid going on a statin. I recently had a PC wellness check and they recommended the Mediterranean Diet, daily walking for 30 minutes; cut out all dairy - butter, cheese, etc. I also have been diagnosed with High Blood Pressure and currently taking meds to regulate that. Hoping with going this route with the cholesterol; that the HBP numbers will also reduce along with losing extra weight (pounds) and increasing my level of activity.

Along with your very important information; I am assured going the functional route; I will be able to avoid taking chemical "BIG Pharma" meds to avert any other future complications.
